The National Chamber Orchestra of Moldova is formed from the most talented musicians from the conservatoires of Moscow, St Petersberg, Kiev and Chisinau. Chisinau, the capital, became one of the centres of musical excellence in the days of the former Soviet Union and is now home of one of the most highly regarded chamber orchestras of the World.
